A+ customer service

I have ordered Goli products before and the products themselves are awesome. This time I placed another order to try all three products and I made a mistake and clicked something that added an additional item which I did not mean to. I had already paid but I instantly realized my mistake and emailed Goli. I received a reply extremely quickly and the issue was rectified. I am so grateful for such a quick turnaround on customer service and rectifying my issue.

I ordered a bottle of the blue but my order said I ordered two. I responded to my order email advising them this happened. Within minutes the issue was corrected and payment was refunded. This is how customer service should be, but it rarely ever is anymore. So kudos to the team!

Let me start by saying that I definitely recommend their apple cyder gummies. I was skeptical but I decided to try a bottle and I was not disappointed. I saw amazing results so I ordered a five month supply. I realized that there was a sale going on and I emailed the company asking if they were able to apply the discount even if though I had already made the purchase. I was amazed how quickly they responded. I got my discount and I can honestly say they're customer service is amazing. They're very professional and go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy.

I have been using the apple cider and ashwaganda gummies for some time and love them! Your website is great but I've found that I can buy them at Walgreens and Amazon as well which is convenient. I visited the website recently and decided to try the new Superfruits gummies. There was an issue when ordering so I contacted customer service via email. Not only did customer service respond promptly, my issue was resolved perfectly. I could not have asked for better customer service. As I told the customer service rep, it is so much easier to spend hard-earned money with a company that respects and honors its customers.

I gave 4 stars because I didn't like the flavor, other than that, amazing!!! I bought the red & blue bottle, just to try. Knowing me and how picky I am, I didn't like them. I wrote to Customer Service so they can send me a return label to get my money back and not even 1 hour of writing them, they had refunded my money, no but's or question's asked. I wish a lot of other companies had this awesome customer service. I hope in the future they do have a product I like because I still want to keep trying their products, just by the way everything was resolve. Thanks again for everyting!

I received amazing quality customer service with my recent purchase. I made a mistake when checking out and requested a refund that was taken care of immediately. Even after refunding me for the extra vitamins, they still fulfilled the entire order with the extra bottles as a gift. I contacted customer service due to an error that I received on a recent order that I got through the mail. I sent an email explaining the situation, and within minutes after I sent the email the customer service team solved the error and replied back to me in a lightning speed. I can’t explain how great the goli team is. Thank you.
